Each time, the bureaus simply mark the information as verified, even though the reporting clearly does not match across Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. \nThese inaccuracies have been on my credit report for years, and they continue to damage my financial stability. At this point, due to the ongoing failure to correct the data, I am formally requesting that these inaccurate items be removed/deleted from my credit file. They failed to conduct a reasonable investigation into my consumer report and according to your posted guidelines that is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and unfair and deceptive acts or practices ( UDAAP ). \n\nBelow are the specific issues that continue to go unresolved : Missing and incomplete data : Many months show no data reported at all, which is inaccurate and incomplete under the FCRA. \nXX/XX/XXXX : Equifax reports 30 days late, TransUnion reports 60 days late, and Experian correctly reports on time. If the bureaus receive the same information, these results should not conflict. \nXX/XX/XXXX : TransUnion reports the payment as on time, but Equifax and Experian show 30 days late. \nXX/XX/XXXX : Equifax reports 60 days late, while TransUnion and Experian show 30 days late. I can not be XXXX and 60 days late in the same month. \nXX/XX/XXXX : Experian and Equifax show 60 days late, while TransUnion shows 30 days late. Again, this is inconsistent and impossible. \nXX/XX/XXXX : Experian shows 60 days late, TransUnion reports 30 days late, and Equifax shows no data at all. \nXX/XX/XXXX : Equifax reports on time, while TransUnion and Experian report 60 days late. \nXX/XX/XXXX : Equifax and Experian show 30 days late, while TransUnion shows 60 days late. \nXX/XX/XXXX : Experian and Equifax correctly show on time, while TransUnion incorrectly reports 30 days late. \nThese conflicting reports prove that the information is not accurate, complete, or consistent. Under the FCRA, the bureaus are required to report data that is accurate, verifiable, and consistent, and XXXX XXXX is required to furnish correct information. When I say contacted them, they're reasoning is over identity purposes. They're claiming that cant prove that I am me who made my dispute. When attempting to do correct this, they commended to ask me extremely vague questions that were so broad and long that there were actually any one of a number of answers that could be given and be correct and/or incorrect. No one bothered to ask or tell me what else I might could do.
