So 3rd disputed was submitted on both last week and Experian immediately denied the dispute. All things listed being violations of the FCRA punishable by fines per violation. Then whoever the Experian rep was responding, started requesting information and copies of I.d . and utility bills like theyre siding with companies. The bureaus position is only to properly report, properly follow the processes set by law, and correctly report information given. Violating debtor rights and playing advocate on behalf of companies is apparently what they believe their job is now. Laws are in place to protect consumers, not deny them of their rights all together and to not follow the process of of doing a full investigation by the process no matter how many time any given credit line is disputed. To the best of my understanding thats exactly what is supposed to happen every time, is the full process of the investigation, not just a yea we did that already and updated. Updated info was not requested. Validation of debt was requested with copies of results, sources, and signatures. None happened. Thank you for your time in looking into this. Credit means nothing if theres no credibility within the credit bureau itself.
