As a consumer, I have a right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) to have my disputes investigated thoroughly, but TransUnion has failed to fulfill this obligation. Over the course of my recent interactions with TransUnion, I have noticed a pattern of what I believe to be sham investigations.
