This is NOT TO BE CONFUSED as a copy of the credit report but rather the consumer is entitled to the RESULTS OF TH DISPUTE separate then the credit report. In this complaint, it was VERY CLEAR that the consumer has requested a copy of the DISPUTE INVESTIGATION RESULTS ONLY and that the investigation into the matter was already conducted and closed. However, this has proven to be fruitless. In fact, in a response to the original CFPB complaint, EQUIFAX STATES that the consumer indicated that there were inaccuracies on the consumer 's credit report when in fact the complaint had nothing to do with the credit report itself but rather for not receiving the DISPUTE INVESTIGATION RESULTS. In fact, the complaint was due to Equifax and there handling of a COPY OF THE DISPUTE which is REQUIRED to be sent BY FEDERAL LAW. Equifax sent the consumers PII to two ( 2 ) different email addresses other than the ones that the consumer requested or operates, this was admitted several times on a recorded line, which the consumer has stored for further use. This is also a VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW. Equifax stated that they would fix and correct THIER mistake, however, they HAVE NOT DONE SO to date and have further REFUSED to send the consumer a COPY OF THE DISPUTE INVESTIGATION RESULTS. In fact, Equifax stated that if anything happens with the consumers PII that they sent to another person other then the consumer themselves that the consumer would be liable for anything resulting as such, such as identity theft and or fraud. EQUIFAX themselves have VIOLATED several STATE AND FEDERAL LAW and WILLINGLY and MALICIOUSLY WRONGFULLY DISCLOSED a consumer 's PII to others without the consumer 's consent as a vendetta and retaliation against the consumer for making complaints. The consumer DEMANDS that Equifax hold itself accountable and take ownership and correct the issue and EMAIL THE COPY of the DISPUTE INVESTIGATION RESULTS to the consumer as promised and supposed to do in the first place. To be very clear, this complaint HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH and IS NOT indicating any inaccurate nor any incomplete items on the consumer 's credit report. Additionally to clarify this ISSUE has already been investigated so there is NO NEED to \" initiate '' another investigation as it is already closed. Due to this \" investigation '' already being closed, there is NO NEED to send \" request for verification electronically '' to any creditor. because of this there SHOULD NOT BE ANY DELAY, not even 30 days, as that ONLY applies to another investigation which is NOT WHAT IS WANTED. AGAIN, I DO NOT WANT A REVISED COPY NOR ANY COPY OF MY CREDIT REPORT I ONLY WANT A COPY OF THE DISPUTE INVESTIGATION RESULTS.
