This is not what EnFin promised. I spoke with someone at Enfin and was told that they do not provide detailed information when canceling loans. This is unacceptable. \n\nThe term DEFERRED USUALLY INDICATES THAT THE LOAN PAYMENTS ARE TEMPORARILY POSPONED. IT DOES NOT MEAN THE LOAN IS CANCELED OR REMOVED FROM MY RECORDS.
