Since the have reneged on the terms in the letter of XX/XX/XXXX and manipulated my account making it so I'd be subjecting to paying more than the XXXX month on some bogus fees from when I requested a waiver of a late fee whixh they granted as a result XXXX weekend receiving/processing issue obviously. \nSo they been charging me fees as a result thi issue where asking for a payment of about XXXX higher than ever before.
