All bureaus were sent a certified letter requesting that they bring my score back up to where it was minus points for every 5 inquiries.There were 10 inquiries. They all told me to contact the creditor where I applied for the loan. The auto creditors are not liable for the scores that the credit bureau is suppose to give. The creditors told me they could not remove the items by law. I understand that. The creditors are not responsible for my score going down the bureaus are are suppose to only drop 1 point for ever 5 inquiries if they are within 7 days and in the same category.. My score was dropped 41 points due to the inquiries that were made with 3 days of each other. This is unheard of. I feel like I am working on my credit is in vain if the Credit Bureaus are supoorting the negative information that companies put on your credit no matter what the circumstance are taking place in your life. I had a XXXX XXXX in XXXX. This is what caused the medical bills as collections on my report. I am victim of XXXX XXXX that a protective order was filed and I was assisted by the Attorney Generals back in XXXX. My credit was affected again by medical bills due to the XXXX   XXXX acts by my husband. I have told the collection agencies that and they still call and report medical collections. This is insane. I would like you all to check into this. Because I was informed by the XXXX, Friends of the Family in XXXX Texas, that I was in when I left my spouse that I should get medical waived due to this XXXX situation.. It is a conflict of interest for the credit bureaus to assist the consumers with education to check credit for and monitor credit, but they are not caring how they score due to these inquiries. How can the care about the consumer in correcting the problems with no effort on their part and turn around and try to sell the consumer on their products and try to get to you to open high interest credit cards so they can get a kick back. As stated in the background, they were given thirty ( 30 ) days to comply with the FCR law, which gives them time to gather their findings and report the facts of their investigation and take measures to fix any errors found by making amendments ( remove, change information, or information was verified and kept on the credit file. \n\nCFPB STATUS UPDATES : The CFPB reached out to XXXX to 1 ) inform them of the complaint, 2 ) Advised them of the of the 30 day XXXX XXXX to complete a dispute and punish its result to the consumer. It is now XX/XX/2022 AND they have not complied with their own policies in a timely manner. \n\n\nXXXX, XXXX the XXXX, has 30 days to conduct an investigation from the date a dispute was filed by the consumer. As stated in the background, they were given thirty ( 30 ) days to comply with the XXXX law, which gives them time to gather their findings and report the facts of their investigation and take measures to fix any errors found by making amendments ( remove, change information, or information was verified and kept on the credit file. \n\nCFPB STATUS UPDATES : The CFPB reached out to XXXX to 1 ) inform them of the complaint, 2 ) Advised them of the of the 30 day XXXX XXXX to complete a dispute and punish its result to the consumer. XXXX responded on XX/XX/2022 stating they will have a final result for me within 60 days if the \" complaint ' being filed. This must be a clause that gives them an extension from the original 30 days, IF a CFPB complain it filed, which if it is written in such manner then we will continue through the process. \n\nXXXX responded and XXXX wrote an explanation that the company is still working on the complaint then added a status update underneath the above status update stating the company has within 60 days to provide a final response. YOUR COMPLAINT \" The story concerns the Pick-a-Pay loan program, one of the more toxic mortgage offerings during the housing bubble. These loans offered a variety of different initial payment options for borrowers to choose : a sum corresponding to a 15- or 30-year fixed rate loan, an interest-only payment, or a minimum payment that created negative amortization, where the principal balance would actually increase with each passing month. Borrowers naturally trended toward choosing the lowest payment. But they were never told about the implications, and when the pay option expired, their monthly mortgage bill would skyrocket, usually leading to default. These were not loans, but neutron XXXX with a long fuse. And roughly half a million borrowers took these Pick-a-Pay loans under false pretenses from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX. This is not acceptable, # 1 that the CFPB considers this an actual response, # 2 that the cfpb would allow them to close the complaint without addressing my concerns.\n\nDiscover Card, rather than addressing my complaint, said we have no further information to provide at this time, this was in reference to the original complaint, where they said it would take up to 90 days to actually respond, which is beyond the fcras 30 day limit, and the cfpb 60 day limit. The cfpb said ... ok no problem, that's acceptable and closed that complaint as well. \n\nThe complaint should not be closed until resolution is provided. How else can the cfpb determine if the complaint was addressed, and addressed with in a timely manner. \n\nDiscover card, closing the complaint before resolution is unacceptable. Why even bother with all the extra lingo, if that lingo contains no resolution ... just type a random letter or number on the keyboard, and close the complaint. I felt like I was maybe going to make it out of this alright. \nIm sitting up at XXXX  looking at my credit report because I can't sleep like usual. I see that every single XXXX of the disputes she submitted were ruled \" unchanged '' mostly because I've reported them in the past, they did nothing in their investigation, and then ruled against me a XXXX  or XXXX later. So now they are simply referencing their lazy effort from XXXX  ago, and saying \" we didn't actually do anything, we just saw it was already disputed so we ruled against you. She said that she thinks I am due a lot ( I'm having trouble even getting a claim submitted for the things that are covered by this policy which seem like nothing ). She also said that a couple of the creditors that we spoke with, I may need to take to court and if I do that I should have my attorney  XXXX  our phone calls as evidence that I do not owe these creditors anything. She also filed new disputes for me on a ton of things. They are currently the FCRA as well as many of my consumer right.
