The first week we moved there we turned on a ceiling fan in the guest bedroom and the fan broke the blades completely fell off the fan, almost as if the tenants before had broken it and just set the blades in it. We paid for new fan blades out of our own money after notifying the front office, now they are charging us to replace the whole fan because of this. My fianc and I have months of proof asking for the black mold to be investigated and fixed and it never did, now we are being asked to pay for everything they broke and infected because it didnt get fixed and when we kept emailing about the pre existing black mold I got ignored by the apartment managers. I even had my mom try to reach out because at a certain point I started getting sick and they were ignoring my requests. We also have proof of the black mold state under the floor and in the tile of the bathroom and the walls. We have pictures of the mold from the maintenance tearing up the floor and tile while we were still in the apartment. Remind you that all of the problems that we are being asked to pay for were pre-existing problems that were there before we moved in and we moved out due to a lack of management initiative to fix these problems, all they did was pour bleach on the mold, and put holes in the walls. The statement has the following problems : 1. I never authorized the opening of the account and the transactions, nor did I receive any of the goods or services in the transactions referred to by the bank, and the customer referred to by the bank is, in fact, a fraudster who stole my identity. This shows that the bank consistently failed to realize the real problem because they consistently dealt with a fraudster.\n\n2.
