They did not delete unverifiable information, accounts, or anything they promised that they would. They did not follow the law as outlined in FCRA. \n\nXXXX Acct XXXX Experian states this account is accurate while it reports 34 charge-offs after it was closed!! It is updating monthly. This is not accurate. A proper investigation would have corrected or deleted this item. The have not performed their role to review for accuracy and completeness. They have not provided me any proof that this could be accurate. \nXXXX XXXX Acct XXXX I have a right to have access to a complete and accurate report. Experian states that they will provide one. This was disputed, for inaccuracy because the account is missing its highest balance, monthly payment. A dispute for a reported missed payment could not be proven, but still remains. \nXXXX XXXX Acct XXXX XXXX I have a right to a complete and accurate report. This account was never updated or removed, even though it is inaccurately reporting no payment history except for one month. If this was investigated properly, the correct and complete payment history would be reflected. Experian did not review this account for accuracy and completeness XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Acct XXXX Experian states that they will remove ( required by FCRA ) unverifiable and inaccurate information.
