All cases were determined to be fraud and closed. I reopened the investigation XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted the XXXX XXXX proof to citi bank as part of the investigation. I have not heard back from them. I completed a police report however the police are requiring an affidavit from citi bank to access my information. Citi Bank is saying they do not have an affidavit. The police can not do the report without that. How can they not have an affidavit, this seems suspicious. I also placed a fraud alert on my credit. Citi Bank is not cooperating with the investigation to resolve this fraud account.
