No company has sent me a response and it has been three months. The advocate informed him of everything that was going on and XXXX XXXX said they hadn't received any notices. He asked if there was a reference # on the letters. The advocate informed him there wasn't because the credit report didn't have one. XXXX gave us a reference # and said he would send us a fraud packet. XXXX XXXX said it needed to be specifically for XXXX. \n\nI understand why ERC may be asking for an XXXX specific fraud packet, but I don't understand why they haven't responded to my letter or to my credit bureau disputes I also sent. All of this is bringing back memories from two years ago when I went through the same problems trying to remove fraud accounts from my report. I took the cashier 's checks and left.XX/XX/XXXX, I receiveda notice of insufficientfunds due to the activity exceeding itsbalance. I called them because I don't have any accounts with them anymore. Turns out, not only did they not completely close it ( Its been in the process of closing since XX/XX/XXXX ) but my stimulus check of {$600.00} was deposited in it.When I called the number on the back of the notice, the woman told me I had to speak to the Fraud Department. I told her I had tried for weeks to get anyone on the phone from that dept. and I was on hold for over an hour each time and then it hung up on me saying no one was available. She got XXXX. from the Fraud Department on the phone ( he refused to give me his last name saying people could look him up on the internet and find him ... he seriously said that ). He said I had to make a claim for every fraudulent transaction- since each time they took XXXX or XXXX dollars out, he said it would take a very long time ''. I told him this was not my problem since my account should have been closed as of XX/XX/XXXX and I wanted my {$600.00} within 10 days or I would be contacting a lawyer. He said they should be able to do that but I would have to sign an affidavit. I had no problem with that thinking it wouldindicate what actually happened. The \" affidavit '' was a form letter to be filled out about an electronic fund transfer ( ACH ) transaction I have examined to be in error and it required me to list each ACH, the date each one posted, and the amount. I certainly havent examined anything since closing the account back in XX/XX/XXXX nor do I have access to it to fill the form out appropriately. I responded by email explaining this and provided a written explanation of the identity theft regarding this account. I dont consider it my account anymore because I relinquished ownership of it when I told them to close it.I did not bother to delete the account information from my bills online since it was supposed to be closed. Twice- once in XX/XX/XXXX and once early this month, I clicked on the wrong account, clicking on my old US Bank checking account to pay a bill but I quickly chose my current checking account to use instead. I noticed a week after I spoke with XXXX, the credit to both accounts were applied retroactively. I received a notice a few days later that there was a positive balance of {$100.00} after {$500.00} had been credited to my credit card. I went to the XXXX branch and I spoke with XXXX XXXX. She said there was a negative balance and multiple fraud claims attributed to the account and that is was now frozen. Unfortunately, I didn't have the additional {$770.00} that they were overcharging me at that time.. It took 6 months to finally reach someone that was competent enough to understand what the problem was. They recognized the misunderstanding and credited me the {$770.00} and gave me the opportunity to sell again. I was happy that it was finally figured out, but this is only the beginning. While I was suspended, XXXX claims that I had customers wanting to return items, but I know this wasn't true and XXXX refused to provide a summary of the issues at hand because they were made up. What ended up happening was XXXX decided to give me credit for the overcharged invoice, but during my suspension, they created a negative sellers profile, allowing them to charge more per sale, so instead of 10 % of {$100.00}, like it is supposed to be and what was agreed upon, they could now charge 12 % -15 %, even 18 % if they wanted to. This also allowed them to revert to this problem that they created every time I came to them with an issue, which was every month die to never being credited for returns. They would simply say, \" we see that your sellers  level is below standard '' which was true, but only because they created the problem and the below standard sellers  level. This was entirely out of my control. I asked them why they found it ok to credit the money, but allow the XXXX created sellers  level remain in place. They would never give me an answer other than \" it's been beyond the 60 days that's required to dispute such a claim, and had you complained before the 60 days, we could've done something. '' This was all nonsense and a lie. First of all, it took me 6 months to even get into my account to know there was negative feedback to begin with, so there goes that idea. Trying to put it behind me and just play their greedy little game, I didn't mention it anymore. However, this would be considered frivolous at best compared to what was happening next. XXXX  XXXX   their criminal colleagues at PayPal and requested that they step in and steal my money, which is exactly what happened, but only after a brief period of time where I had a considerable amount of sales that put {$4000.00} in each of my 2 accounts. Unfortunately, I was not able to deduct the money fast enough and that's when PayPal took the money. If I only had about {$50.00} in each account, they wouldn't have touched it because it wasn't worth the trouble for {$50.00}. {$8000.00}? Thats a different story, and that's the one I'm telling. When I questioned where my money was and why I could not retrieve any of my hard earned money that I invested everything I had into earning, they said they required some information from me, but would never tell me what that information was, just that they needed it. I never gave them anything, and nor should I have to. If they didn't have all of the information that they required at the beginning of their own fraudulent contract that I was never aware of existing, that's their problem. A contract can not allow someone to change the particulars in a contract just because it benefits only fhem. This is common knowledge, and nowhere in their contract does it state that they reserve the right to take all of your money under fraudulent pretenses. In fact, as soon as they took the money, they committed theft and a felony if I'm not mistaken. This renders any contract void immediately, even if I was unaware of it. I can not be expected to go along with criminal activities because of a contract that I never agreed to to begin with. My agreement was with XXXX, and this is why XXXX needed PayPals help. To deflect the contractual agreed to particulars. I never asked for, required, thought it was a good idea, agreed to, or ever promoted the idea of having a 3rd party having access to my money, and to steal a percentage of that money on every transaction that occurred. In fact, I was blatantly opposed to the idea and voiced my opinion on several occasions. Additionally, XXXX claims to allow you to not use PayPal at all, and just have the money directly deposited into your account. This is how I set up my account, but XXXX changed this, stating that I needed to be invited to have that as an option. It is an option when you set up your account, but XXXX knows they can not commandeer people 's accounts when they are under a direct deposit. They must make you use PayPal in order to do this. Their whole platform is designed to promote their own fraudulent transactions, not to protect customers or sellers, and that is the problem I have with this. Additionally, this, in my opinion is discrimination at it's very definition that I need to be invited when it's given as an option when setting up the account. Did I not qualify for an invite? If jot, why not? This is more information that they can not provide due to it showing their criminal intent.. I digress. Now that PayPal had every dime to my name, leaving my family and I without money to even eat, I was at their mercy. After weeks of going days without food, I finally decided I should see what could be done to be provided relief. I called them and asked, and they said \" we've found that your counts are connected to another account that is over drawn in the amount of {$550.00}, and this amount must be paid prior to your money be in released. I agreed, under protest because this was jot my account and they knew it. It was extortion, period. The reason I can tell you that this was not my account, is because the email address that they gave me that I'd supposedly mine, does not exist in XXXX, and it is a XXXX account. Only someone who benefits from extortion would ceete an account in their own system, even though it does not exist in reality. They never created the account in XXXX, so if you try to access the email account, XXXX tells you, \" sorry, but this account does not exist. '' So, he's, this was extortion at it's finest. I agreed to pay it because I couldn't allow my family and I to go another day without a solid meal and at least a hotel room for 1 night to get some rest. PayPal promised to release the funds within 20 minutes of my oatibg their fraudulent balance. After it was paid, I went to deduct money from the account, and I was denied. After several hundred calls to them trying to figure out why, I received an email stating that I had been denied my appeal, and the account would remain closed. They stole upwards of {$8500.00} from me, just like that. PayPal claims that will give you your money back after 180 days, but all this does is allow them to create fake returns, where they then give the fake customer their money back, when in reality, they're just draining your account. At the same time I was suspended again, XXXX continued to allow customers to purchase my products, knowing that I couldn't fulfill them due to a billing agreement with pay pal, usps, and XXXX, that allows me to have the funds needed for shipping be deducted from my sales price. I didn't have the means to ship anything out even if I wanted to and if I thought I was ever going to be said for it anyway. So I didn't ship anything. XXXX  still invoiced me for over {$700.00} again for less than a weeks time period. When I didn't pay it, they told PayPal to change my payment method from personal credit card to PayPal, and then XXXX went into one of my frozen accounts and took the money. They were not finished. Then, they, changed their invoice to read it was due out of my other account and not the one they had just deducted it from. By doing this, it allowed to claim that I still owed the {$700.00} and this is what they began reporting to my credit report, fraudulently, and as unpaid and a negative mark on my report. Always checking my credit report regularly, I noticed that PayPal and XXXX both have somehow gained access to my report and have added their own accounts using my name, and then turning around and claiming that I still owe them money. They stole my identity to charge up my account on their platform as if I had a credit limit. I never had a credit limit, not once in my entire life have I had a credit card, so how can this be possible? So XXXX creates an invoice that they know I couldn't be held liable for, for not having the ability to fulfill the orders, yet continues to pursue the funds, steals them out of one account, and claims it is still owed on the other account, then proceeds to report it to the big 3 credit bureaus, defaming character fraudulently after stealing my identity to have access to my account to run up fraudulent credit on their own platform. At last estimation, they have stolen or charged a total of {$34000.00} and some change, and that was the last time I was allowed to even check it. They've since removed my access to my accounts, and the months has long since passed. I have never seen a dime of my money. Only theft, fraud, extortion, embezzlement, money laundering, Racketeering, and violations of RICO. I have in the past reported this to every other agency in America, including the cfpb. Nothing has ever been done about it and I understand that you are all complicit in this scam, and I'm not surprised. I just wanted to remind all of you involved that it hasn't been forgotten, and that everyone involved will someday pay the price for the damages you've caused due to your greed and corruption. But the problem with him is, he never sent out probate notifications my brother and I were legally required to see as interested parties written in dads will. When I reported this to Michigan Attorney XXXX XXXX later in XXXX, XXXX wrote a long-winded legalese response to the Commission were he completely lied and said he never called me. Other lawyers from that district have told me the legal timeline on the original probate could still be open right now because the original forms were never properly served. If you ask them about it today, theyll tell you Oh but we were so prompt and courteous when we were handling XXXX XXXX  paperwork. Well, I dont know what alternate dimension theyre living in these days, because I have the whole e-mail chain from their finance lady XXXX XXXX showing thats absolutely untrue. She was lying to me constantly. She was delaying things. When I finally got the Pennsylvania AG Consumer Protection involved mid-way through XXXX, she sent the paperwork in for the second time or the third time, and I magically had my missing insurance refund about a month later. \n\nI can almost guarantee you she NEVER sent in the paperwork to the insurance company until it became a legal complaint. She was lying, and dragging me along, and testing me the ENTIRE TIME. Why did she do that? Who put her up to it? Im NEVER allowed to know! I wish I got that information earlier then I would not have been complacent and relaxed with the way I handled the situation. I wished I got the proper information about this in school and prior to opening the account. \n\nI called Bank of America and was told the same thing as before that \" they just decided to close the account and as per agreement that's all the information they can provide ''. Hearing that completely broke me because what do I do? I wish the bank was upfront with me and told me everything so this would have been resolved the moment it happened. I became overwhelmed with regret on my stupidity, lack of information, dismissive attitude and wish I had a sense of urgency and appropriate information of fraud, personal information security, and how to combat such incident at the time of occurrence. I started doing something I should have done a long time ago. Backtracking my emails to around the time of the closure. Younger me seldomly checked my emails because I did not feel the need to it unless it occurs to me to do so. Then I saw emails of online banking password reset few days prior to the time I found out about my account restricted access, dispute claims, and a hold on a check of {$4700.00} at XXXX XXXX  on XX/XX/XXXX. All which I had no knowledge of. I was a short-time braider to earn money for my upkeep so i got paid with cash. I had minimal knowledge about checks since I never used them. I started thinking back to all the times that I let friends, clients, and a few strangers use my phone for a while to make calls or something else due to my younger self lack of caution and security. I was brought up with the \" sharing is caring '' and \" to do good always '' principle so I thought that being selfless was the best thing to do to help others. Identity theft and fraud was the main cause of this issue after doing my findings online. Letting my friends have my phone password and sometimes use my social media account because I thought that level of transparency was okay since we were close not thinking of the repercussions. My experience being bullied in middle and high school made me a people pleaser which encouraged my selfless character. I also remembered when my naive younger self would often click on links sent to me by unknown because I was curious or gullible to fall for those \" click to redeem gift '' pop-ups that would cloud my screen on the internet without thinking much of it. Remembering the time when I used the same email and password for almost all my accounts. If only I knew! I know better now. I am extremely heartbroken because I am suffering of a crime, I know nothing of. This made me very cynical and affected the way I related to others. It also brewed resentment to people around me because it made me unable to trust anyone. The dream of a wonderful adult life is crumbling right before my eyes before I even started. I can't sleep and eat because of this issue. I start my big girl job soon but feel stagnant because of this issue. I am currently vulnerable and pleading for help. \n\nThis issue is depriving me of buying a car, getting insurance, and moving out of my parents ' house due to not having a real bank account or credit card. My mental health is declining at an alarming rate due to stress which is starting to affect my physical condition. I am losing sleep and can not eat because of this. I know she had access to that account number because I gave it to her in an attempt to help her with the plane tickets to the funeral. I was there at his bedside six weeks before he died when he said it to me. He was so happy, all things considered. We talked for about half an hour while he tried to play pretend-therapist. But the problem with him is, he never sent out probate notifications my brother and I were legally required to see as interested parties written in dads will. His job was to explicitly PREVENT something like this, and then he practically laughed in my face about it!\n\nHeres where it gets overwhelmingly creepy: There is a local car dealership in XXXX XXXX PA, XXXX XXXX (now apparently XXXX XXXX) that was messing with my car GAP insurance in late XXXX and early XXXX. If you ask them about it today, theyll tell you Oh but we were so prompt and courteous when we were handling XXXX XXXX  paperwork. Well, I dont know what alternate dimension theyre living in these days, because I have the whole e-mail chain from their finance lady XXXX XXXX showing thats absolutely untrue. She was lying to me constantly. She was delaying things. When I finally got the Pennsylvania AG Consumer Protection involved mid-way through XXXX, she sent the paperwork in for the second time or the third time, and I magically had my missing insurance refund about a month later. \n\nI can almost guarantee you she NEVER sent in the paperwork to the insurance company until it became a legal complaint. She was lying, and dragging me along, and testing me the ENTIRE TIME. Why did she do that? Who put her up to it? Im NEVER allowed to know! I did eventually receive the small refund amount that was due to me, but XXXX XXXX was still committing some form of insurance fraud and consumer abuse for six months before that. Now they keep spamming me with physical ad mail that Ive told them repeatedly to stop, and they ignore me. And Ive opened new complaints through the AG telling them to stop the mail, and they ignore those too. When the program had ended for me was during the beginning of when covid first hit at this time I had established a business but the city of XXXX made me close down to covid at the same time unfortunately I was losing family members left and right my sister-in-law, my uncle, my niece, my auntie, a family friend of over 30 years, my cousin, and my beloved who raised me my brother and my sister if it won battle after the next and my partner and I are still not together we try but there's so many optical courses then to come find out my battle with my medical has gotten more and worse than severe and medical field accidentally made a mistake and they need to find out if they shorten my life stand or not due to surgeries I've had in the past that they approved even though they are aware that I have and I am or surviving XXXX patient a XXXX XXXX that is XXXX at this time. so yes it's been very stressful finances have been very very hard I had to take welfare for short amount of time I'm no longer on that it's just been really hard well once my program has ended with keep your home of California they I asked if they could if I could extend it they said no the funds didn't come in for the funds did come in for payoffs for certain selective people I wrote a letter on my family and I'd be half for keep your home in California for how wonderful they are and what they've done for us and even if we weren't selected that I appreciate every single thing they did. I was selected for a payoff I filled the application I turned it in they turned it into Wells Fargo Wells Fargo signing documentation of payoff notice and everything else from keep your home of California keep your home with California said that they sent over a check how they wanted it I should receive my documentation I never received anything. I turned into documentation showing proof that I applied for covid-19 mortgage relief help and I was accepted and I'm waiting for funds to come in I also show proof that I applied for mortgage assistance program I was approved waiting for help on with that as well I sent them all documentation. they never inform me that there is anything else I can apply for do Wells Fargo except for when I kept calling I heard on the answering machine that there's another program I asked about this program they said that they couldn't give out any information that I have to find it online and apply for it I searched I believe it was the mortgage program but I'm not for sure cuz I didn't find anything else that kind of went with it they have been giving me the runaround ever since I was no longer with keep your home of California. I questioned them about my mortgage insurance that I purchased through XXXX homeowners insurance about coverage during the pandemic time and during the time of me not having income at this time and to do a claim they said I had to take that up with XXXX said that they don't know what I'm talking about I was looking at my insurance policy and it said something about that I went back to mortgage to get help they wouldn't help me. Mortgage company failed to pay my homeowners insurance under the escrow account when I pay my mortgage I put it I put money in there and when I have it I've been paying so that the money would be in there for property taxes and insurance and they fail to pay it and then charged me basically almost double what I was paying the triple a saying that I defaulted on my homeowners insurance when they're the ones that did it to the checkout when questioning XXXX they said we never received the payment from Wells Fargo mortgage. Every time I try to make a partial payment for the last 6 months on my home which I am title too I have in the past all of a sudden now I'm unable to they send me back my partial payment and said that they can not accept it nor will they accept a partial payment on my mortgage why because when I call in and when I go into the office to the bank I'm entitled to make a partial payment they tell me yes you can make a partial payment you're fine with that why don't you making some type of payment on your mortgage but someone keeps stopping it and takes it out of my account and sends me the checks and then if I don't cash the checks they send me a letter telling me I need to cash the checks. I have sent through Wells Fargo Bank the modification paperwork and all the information they required of me and of XXXX through Wells Fargo Bank over three times they faxed it but modification says they never received it I sent it through XXXX  I have confirmed letters of all of this but they never received it for all the documents weren't there it was unreadable I sent it to my personal fax same excuses I sent it through mail regular same excuse certified same excuse certificate of knowing same excuse I tried uploading it but all the sudden now I don't have permission any longer to view everything on my account like I used to I'm limited someone made me limited as though I don't own my house that XXXX is the priority person but when purchasing my home throughout who sold it over to Wells Fargo it pacifically says on there XXXX 's name first a non-married man my name second and non-marie woman and if you keep reading on it says on there that I own the house I'm the one that paid for my house he was there for leave the job credibility that was it we were friends I used a friend to help me purchase my house because no other house told me that I needed a time frame of job and I had just moved out to XXXX I had just got laid off my job but almost 11 years working with XXXX I didn't have to inform them of that but I did and so I'm there for I needed a length of job over 5 years and my friends built in that spot for me she has nothing to do with my home he never paid he doesn't do anything for my home but they Wells Fargo choose to put everything in his name they even tried communicating without me and only to him they constantly say that they need update to my information I'm always constantly updating I understand that I go through numbers like no tomorrow cuz I have a problem with being hacked I have identity theft a lot and cybercrime and everything else I get that so I go in and out of numbers when I get scared that someone might be hacking it but they have my home address it hasn't changed they have my mailing address it hasn't changed in over 5 years I've had my mailing address for approximately 8 years now my home I've lived here for 10 since 2013 next year is my 10th year I worked so hard for what I have so hard for them to freaking steal it for me and take it from underneath me it's wrong. I saved God knows I say for so long my kids XXXX of my oldest ones were XXXX when they were very young for 8 years of my life my other oldest one was with his dad at the time so I did nothing but work that's all I did cuz I couldn't bear deal with the hurting pain of my children being gone and not being able to ever see them again or knowing if I will if I wouldn't know if they were searching for them I worked two jobs and then I went to school and then I worked at school later on I ended up picking a driving picking up check job so I ended up working three jobs and going to school and working at school I looked like that's how I had to Bear it because I couldn't bear it I had to put obstacles I had to put blockages in my way so that I could not and I could function in society and in everyday life it was I wouldn't have been able to so I was able to save a lot of money a lot of money and as hard as I worked as hard as I've had it in my life but choices that I've made I still I'm proud of myself and I achieved a lot but to have it ripped from underneath you when you work so hard to get where you are for no reason because of selfishness because they feel are feel the need of making more money is wrong it's really wrong I have rights I do I have rights we all have rights and this is wrong what they're doing to me I don't know if they have to do with my race or if it has to do with what my house is worth what I put into it while the upgrades over the years I don't know but I know that what they're doing to my family life is wrong they're supposed to stop my house and take it from me on XX/XX/XXXX and I have to be out I Believe by the end of the month I'm disabled I have a disabled son I have another son that's slow that's going to be tested to see if he's disabled where are we supposed to go I'm fighting right now going to medical for my life to see if they've taken or shortened or if I'm going to die so because of the accident in the hospital or not my medical practice mate I'm going through a lot I've lost everyone in my family everyone I have no one any longer I have a partner I hold on to that doesn't want me and I can not rely on at all yeah it's very hard and difficult for me but once again they're wrong for not helping me and they're wrong for lying and playing these games when they're aware that they receive my documentation and they're aware
