Each time, I have provided sufficient evidence to support my claims, yet XXXX has either ignored my disputes or failed to correct the erroneous data. This persistent inaccuracy is a direct violation of FCRAs mandate that credit reporting agencies maintain and report accurate information.\n\n2. Denial of Access to My Credit Report and Credit Score For the past several months, I have been unable to access my credit report and credit score through XXXX. Despite multiple attempts to retrieve this information, I have been consistently denied access without any valid explanation. This lack of access impairs my ability to monitor my credit health and take necessary actions to manage my financial responsibilities. This, too, is a violation of my rights under the FCRA, which entitles consumers to access their credit information. \n\nI am deeply concerned that XXXX actionsor lack thereofare negatively impacting my financial standing and potentially my ability to secure credit or favorable interest rates. The same day I called TransUnion to clarify what this letter meant. My call was then escalated to the supervisor who was extremely rude and uncooperative. He just kept repeating that I needed to send in this documentation again and that there was no record of them receiving my information when they clearly must have since they sent a response in regards to my original letter. After my husband spoke to the supervisor and asked to speak to someone else, he just kept repeating that he would escalate it to his supervisor who would give us a call back in 3 business days. After my husband said that this was not acceptable that they were not keeping track of my sensitive information, he just hung up on us. We waited an hour to get this phone call. We are due to close on our new home in exactly a month ( XX/XX/year> ) and the fact we had to wait over 2 weeks for a response the first time is unacceptable, let alone the fact that they are not keeping track of sensitive customer data after asking for it.
