I have been trying to get this information removed for the past 2 months with little to no resolution. I haven't gotten any information in regards of the dispute. The only thing I see on my consumer report is certain accounts creditor remarks have changed to \" Customer disputed account '' but I was never informed of investigation, nothing was ever removed and/or continued to be inaccurate. In prior months there was no creditor remarks so the disputes are being received I'm just not being informed of results. They have also failed to do a proper investigation and resolve the issue. I do understand that anything that reports to my consumer report is suppose to be 100 % accurate and 100 % verifiable. Failing to do so and knowingly failing to do so is a complete violation of the FCRA. This is also a false representation of my character, this has prevented me from being able to properly use my credit for any simple credit application do to the negligence of the consumer reporting agency. I will pursue for any damages that this has caused me in the last few months. I have names on my report that do not belong to me, as per the FCRA and Metro 2 Compliance must be deleted.
