Yet, XXXX and XXXX still unfairly remain on my report. \n\nIve tried numerous times to resolve this issue directly with Ally, emphasizing my active checking and savings accounts holding over {$15000.00}. However, they insisted the Auto and Banking divisions operate independently, limiting my ability to seek fair resolution despite my longstanding relationship. \n\nI respectfully request the CFPB intervene to : 1. Require Ally Financial to fully reinvestigate and permanently remove the incorrect late payments for XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. \n2.
