I have included the following documents for your review : XXXX credit report showing the inaccurate negative information that is under my name. \nProof of XXXX resident document where I highlighted my date of birth. \nXXXX document that shows my tax ID number. \n\nThis needs to be looked into as soon as possible as this inaccurate reporting is damaging my life. How is your company verifying this information when my personal identification does not match?
