Inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information must be removed or corrected, usually within 30 days. \n\nIn my case, I have provided Equifax with all the necessary documentation and identification of such information as required by the FCRA. However, Equifax has not complied with these requirements. Specifically, I requested that they either delete the information in question or provide me with the original documents bearing my signature that prove the account belongs to me.
