XXXX was NOT paid 30 days late either! XXXX was disputed and updated because it was paid in time and XXXX was proven to be paid in time as well. Upon contacting XXXX I was informed that the XXXX error was being reported in XXXX because they did not report it in time to show in XXXX. This is a false statement. The error appeared for XXXX hence the initial dispute. XXXX is refusing to personally admit their error and has provided a statement that is full of lies or false information. A mortgage company can not intentionally report an error that has already been disputed and updated on my credit report just the harm my credit, yet this is exactly what they have done. Additionally, mortgage services must comply with federal rules and it states that my credit report should be protected from errors. If an error is reported to your servicer regarding a payment dispute, your servicers is not allowed to send negative information to credit reporting company regarding that payment for 60 days after receiving notice of the error. The same error was reported less than 30 days apart. Proof is attached. XXXX is in violation of that law as well as I have proven that my payments are not being credited to my account until after they have cleared my Regions account. This is also an error as payments are to be credited as of \" date of receipt ''. We were advised that an update or resend of the account information can be sent again to the bureaus to clear this matter up.They were also notified that this was a system error.
