Despite clear notice that the fraud involved a larger set of related transactions, Chase conducted an incomplete reinvestigation and did not resolve the billing dispute in accordance with the Fair Credit Billing Act. \n\nSince submitting that complaint and evidence, Chase has closed my account but continues to treat the disputed balance as owed.
