Not sure if date but it was in XXXX  I received notice that my homeowners insurance for my XXXX  home had been cancelled due to me being deceased I called my insurance agent he contacted XXXX  and told them I was not deceased so they redid my policy using XXXX for score and since they didnt show one on me my insurance policy cost me double the amount causing a shortage in my escrow account. \nI again called my mortgage company at least 4 times and finally this time is when o was told that they are the ones that made me deceased and not my husband and they are the reason for all of my headaches I was again told to fax the death certificate to their research dept so they could fix the problem. On Saturday XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from XXXX  at Carrington telling me that they have fixed everything on their end and that credit report will go out to XXXX  on the bill XXXX and they will make correction on their end then today the XXXX of XXXX I received a call from XXXX at Carrington tell me that it will be at least 60 - 90 days before this mess will be fixed because the previous person at Carrington told me to refax my husbands death certificate and it caused another dispute to be open!!!
