I was told on XX/XX/XXXX, it would take twenty-four to forty-eight hours for the credit card companies, Credit Bureau Dispute in the internal division to investigate the issue. I called and talked to a supervisor who is a service representative on XX/XX/XXXX. She explained the twenty-four to forty-eight hour response time started on that date as they do not work on weekends. I telephoned again on XX/XX/XXXX and I was told to wait another day. Time is of utmost importance since we can not get a loan without the credit card company sending a letter stating my husband is not in dispute with the company. We had an excellent credit score for forty plus years and this is a first. I pay off the credit card company monthly and have no outstanding loans now. We own several homes that are completely paid for. The last loan we had was in XX/XX/XXXX in which our credit was excellent. We are in escrow now but without a bank loan and may default due to this problem. \nAll we want is a letter faxed to the mortgage company stating there is no problem with my husband on the account. THIS BANK HAS HAD YEARS OF ABUSE TO CUSTOMERS AND PLAYING DUMB, OR THEY SIMPLY ARE AND EVERY CORPORATION THAT USES THIS BANK KNOWS THAT THEY ARE MOSTLY IN THE XXXX WHERE THIS KIND OF FRAUD AND HACKING IS RAMPANT YET THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT HIRING THESE CORRUPT BANKING INSTITUTIONS.
