On XX/XX/XXXX the case was closed due to no response and a replacement card has yet to be ordered. This is a stall tactic and this is almost 4 months past the date my letter was mailed and received by Experian. Experian must remove all incorrect personal information. I have filed a complaint here with CFPB and also with the Ohio State Attorney General 's office. I will have no other choice but to soon file a small claims lawsuit with my local court if they do not delete this incorrect personal information from my credit report.
