I believe this conduct constitutes a violation of my privacy rights and potentially breaches appraisal and lending disclosure regulations governed by federal law and CFPB oversight. \nOn or around XX/XX/year> at XXXX, an individual came to my home while I was at work with a camera, Im assuming it was PNCs Bank appraisal contractor to perform an appraisal or inspection. I had not requested nor authorized an appraisal, nor had I received any written or verbal notice indicating that one would occur. At no time did I consent to photographs or exterior/interior evaluation of my property. This is the second time this same woman has came to my home while I was at work and my children were home alone on XX/XX/year> at XXXX with her XXXX camera despite the signs that I have stating Private Property and No Trespassing. If she comes to my home again, I will call the police and sue PNC for violations. In addition, I did not receive a letter about an appraisal until after this woman came to my home. \n\nI was not provided no advance notice was provided, despite federal requirements ensuring consumers are informed in advance and given copies of appraisal reports in connection with real estate evaluations. \n\nThis incident raises significant concerns about privacy, unauthorized property access, and compliance with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act ( ECOA ), Regulation B ( 12 CFR 1002.14 ) and Appraisal Independence Requirements ( AIR ).
