MoneyLion is in violation of 15 USC 1681s -- 2 ( A ) and 15 USC 1681s -- 2 ( B ) as they are reporting inaccurate information and have been notified that they are reporting inaccurate information several times but they continue to report this information knowing it is inaccurate.
