Failure to Conduct a Reasonable Reinvestigation I have previously disputed these inaccurate items with Experian on. Despite submitting supporting documentationincluding statements and evidence from the creditorExperian, TransUnion and Equifax failed to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation as required under : 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) Duty to reinvestigate disputed information Experian, TransUnion and Equifax appears to have relied solely on the original furnishers automatic response rather than performing an independent and meaningful investigation, which does not satisfy the FCRAs requirements. \n\n3. Refusal to Delete Inaccurate and Unverifiable Information Even after providing clear and supporting evidence, Experian has refused to delete the inaccurate and unverifiable information.
