The law explicitly states that this information should not be used in connection with any other civil, administrative, or criminal proceeding, or for any other purpose. The company did not respond to this complaint. They responded with a script about the accuracy of the information which was not the complaint, so therefore, my complaint was never addressed, and I would like for my complaint to be addressed specifically for what I wrote in the complaint. I do not understand how the CFPB can accept this without doing any type of investigation to see whether or not my issue was addressed. I have repeatedly stated the reasonable procedures that congress has set forth for meeting the needs of commerce for consumer credit, personnel, insurance, and other information in a manner which is fair and equitable to the consumer. The consumer reporting agency, Equifax Information Solutions, LLC, has had no regards to the confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of such information in accordance with the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Equifax Information Solutions, LLC has never provided their method and/or proof of verification, that gives them the authority to report inaccurate, non-public, personal information on my consumer report. Which is documented via the CFPB portal with their responses that has not addressed the issue of their willful non-compliance of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Privacy Act of 1974 by the sharing of inaccurate, non-public, personal information on my consumer report. \nAccording to the compliance procedures of the Fair Credit Reporting Act every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 605 [ 1681c ] and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 604 [ 1681b ] of this title. I have repeatedly stated the reasonable procedures that congress has set forth for meeting the needs of commerce for consumer credit, personnel, insurance, and other information in a manner which is fair and equitable to the consumer. The consumer reporting agency, Equifax Information Solutions, LLC, has had no regards to the confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of such information in accordance with the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Equifax Information Solutions, LLC has never provided their method and/or proof of verification, that gives them the authority to report inaccurate, non-public, personal information on my consumer report. Which is documented via the CFPB portal with their responses that has not addressed the issue of their willful non-compliance of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Privacy Act of 1974 by the sharing of inaccurate, non-public, personal information on my consumer report. \nAccording to the compliance procedures of the Fair Credit Reporting Act every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 605 [ 1681c ] and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 604 [ 1681b ] of this title. Which Equifax Information Solutions, LLC, has not done.
