Transunion continues to send me there stall XXXX generic automated letter accusing me of working with a \" credit clinic '' and making me feel like im not smart enough that I wrote my own disputes. XX/XX/XXXX I wrote transunion a letter in regards to 3 accounts reflecting errors and incomplete information. my results are available on there transunion website but when I clicked on the link, the link did not allow me to access my results. I was able to get a new report and to my surprise the File number XXXX in regards to my previous report on XX/XX/XXXX was the exact same file number as my new updated report dated XX/XX/XXXX. I have actually put transunion on notice of the file number remains the same in my XX/XX/XXXX dispute. to my understanding if a account is being disputed based on a different reason and TransUnion investigates the account properly, the file number should be different. This further more proves that transunion is in non compliance by not properly and thoroughly investigating items I bring to there attention to modify because of inaccurate or incomplete information. I did however notice that transunion has updated the accounts, but such modification were not modified correctly. \n\nXXXXXXXX XXXX account- my previous dispute was based on transunion NOT reporting the contact phone number on this charged off account. this is incomplete information and according to the IRS publication a contact phone number and disputing address is required to report in order for a consumer to contact the creditor. my updated report XXXX XXXX XXXX, still does NOT report the phone number, in addition transunion has changed to date of delinquency in the payment history from XX/XX/XXXX to now XX/XX/XXXX without modifying the estimated month and year this item is set to be removed. how can they modify the date of delinquency date in the payment history but still report the 7 year removal date to be XX/XX/XXXX?. there modified date of delinquency date XX/XX/XXXX in the payment history still does NOT prove that the estimated XXXX removal date of XX/XX/XXXX is accurate. this is a FCRA violation and still inaccurate reported information and believe TransUnion is responsible for re-aging this account. 1681c ( c ) ( 1 ). \n\nXXXX XXXX XXXX account - my previous dispute was based on transunion NOT reporting the Last Payment Made field on this account. such information is required to report for my understanding and knowledge. my updated report XX/XX/XXXX, still does NOT report the last Payment made field. in addition, transunion is NOT even reporting the date of delinquency date in the payment history. the payment history consist of only OK payments and ( X ) no data information. there is no 30 days late in the payment history that lead up to the charge off status to determine the 7 year running of reporting date.. if transunion does not report the date of delinquency in the payment history then how did they come up with the 7 year estimated month and year this item will be removed date of XX/XX/XXXX? this is a FCRA violation and still inaccurate and incomplete required reported information. 1681c ( c ) ( 1 ). \n\nXXXX XXXX account - my previous dispute was based on transunion not investigating this account properly at all. to my understanding according to the FCRA 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) the consumer reporitng agency has to contact the creditor of information to put the account into dispute in order to complete the investigation. it is hard for me to believe that transunion has contacted the creditor in regards to my dispute because the last time this creditor has reported to transunion was XX/XX/XXXX, therefore putting the notice of dispute from the creditor to be outdated causing this comments to be inaccurate. in addition my updated report XX/XX/XXXX reflects that transunion has actually removed 4 months of positive payments in the payment history from XXXX XXXX which is completely unfair to me and my credit score. transunion is now damaging and decreasing my credit score by taking away positive payment history. \n\nI do not believe transunion has properly and thoroughly completed a investigation on any of these accounts the FCRA compliance way in a long time and the file number remaining the same on my updated report after results that were available on there website ( even tho I could not access the results, due to complications on there end ) further more proves that transunion is in non compliance. every time I dispute with experian and XXXX I get a new report number and confirmation number. transunion uses the same file number after every dispute and results and transunions unfair practices are unlawful and deceiving and costing me thousands of dollars in interest rates. these accounts are in fact inaccurate and incomplete and I have given TransUnion plenty of opportunities to cure these items to the maximum possible of accuracy and TransUnion fails to follow reasonable procedures to assure my report is accurate before preparing me with results and a updated report. violation 1681e ( b ). I have proof that is attached to this complaint that TransUnion has been using the same exact file number since XX/XX/XXXX!!!! I have also attached copies of some of my results reflecting the exact same file number as well. My request, as clearly stated in my dispute letter, was for the information to be updated in accordance with 15 USC 1681a. This request did not include or imply the removal of any accounts from my credit report. The specific instruction was for an update to reflect the current and accurate status of the reported items, not their deletion. \n\nDespite the clarity of my instructions, TransUnion has failed to act accordingly. On XX/XX/XXXX, during a phone call with a TransUnion specialist, I was informed that my letter did not direct the removal of any accounts. However, to my distress, TransUnion has nevertheless removed most of the accounts in question from my credit history. This action is not only in direct contravention of my explicit instructions but has also caused me considerable emotional distress and potential financial harm by erasing years of credit history that I have diligently worked to build. \n\nThis erroneous removal of credit history is not only an operational failure on the part of TransUnion but also a serious negligence of their duty to maintain accurate and fair credit reporting as mandated by the FCRA. It is important to note that I filed the same dispute with XXXX and XXXX, and both credit reporting agencies correctly understood and complied with my instructions to update, rather than remove, the accounts in question. \n\nI am hereby requesting immediate intervention from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to address this grievous error. I've strived to build a stable life for myself and my loved ones, and this journey has been marked by sacrifices and diligent efforts. \n\nUnfortunately, the inaccurate information on my credit report, including erroneous account details, unauthorized inquiries, and incorrect personal information, has led to unjust consequences. I recently applied for a mortgage to secure a home for my family, a dream I've worked tirelessly toward. Regrettably, due to the errors on my credit report, I was denied the mortgage I had anticipated for years. The emotional toll of being denied the chance to provide a safe and stable environment for my family is immeasurable. The uncertainty and XXXX that follow such a setback are indescribable, and they cast a shadow over my aspirations and peace of mind. \n\nI implore you to take immediate and decisive action to rectify this situation. Under the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and other applicable laws, I insist on the following actions : Conduct a thorough investigation into the disputed items I've highlighted. \nEnforce legal measures against creditors who have provided inaccurate information, unauthorized inquiries, and false personal details. \nPromptly communicate the investigation results to me in writing. \nMoreover, I request that you hold the creditors accountable for their failure to provide accurate and verifiable information. These accounts are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15 U.S.C. 1681, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) 15 U.S.C. 1692, and the Consumer Financial Protection Act ( CFPA ). The reporting of these items is misleading, has not been properly verified, and continues to cause me serious financial, professional, and emotional harm. I request that the CFPB investigate and enforce corrections and removals of the following accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXXHigh Balance : {$580.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Chargeoff This account is being reported as a charge-off which is inaccurate and misleading, I was never provided full validation of the debt as required under FDCPA 15 U.S.C. 1692g and the reporting agencies have failed to ensure maximum possible accuracy under FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ). The negative reporting is damaging my financial stability and does not reflect accurate account history. Because of this inaccurate charge-off I was denied approval for a small personal loan that I needed for essential expenses, which caused me financial hardship and stress. \nXXXXXX/XX/XXXX High Balance : {$470.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Chargeoff This account is reported as a charge-off which is unfair because I had disputes on this account and the creditor never provided sufficient documentation. Under FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) furnishers of information must not report information they know or should know is inaccurate. Continuing to show this derogatory item without proof is unlawful and harming me. This inaccurate charge-off also lowered my credit score significantly and caused embarrassment when I was denied store credit while shopping for essential household goods. \nXXXXXX/XX/XXXX High Balance : {$440.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Chargeoff This XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX account is being inaccurately reported as charged off, which I strongly dispute. I did not receive proper notices, validation, or any evidence of the balance claimed. The creditor and bureau are both failing to follow FCRA 1681s-2 and FDCPA rules requiring debt validation and accuracy. Under FCRA 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ), obsolete or unverifiable information must not be reported, and under FDCPA creditors can not continue reporting disputed debts without verification. This inaccurate reporting is unlawful and damaging my credit profile. The creditor has not validated the alleged debt and the reporting agency has failed to properly investigate as required by FCRA 1681i. This derogatory mark is misleading and causing me harm in employment and financial opportunities. I dispute the reported delinquencies and demand correction under FCRA 1681s-2. Reporting inaccurate payment history misrepresents my true credit behavior and is damaging my profile unfairly. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, specifically 607 ( b ), Experian has a duty to maintain the maximum possible accuracy of information it reports. Under 611 ( a ), it must conduct a proper reinvestigation whenever a consumer raises a dispute. Under 623 ( a ), furnishers of information are prohibited from supplying information they know or should know to be inaccurate. None of these protections have been honored in my case, and as a result, I am suffering harm to my creditworthiness. \n\nThe first account at issue is XXXX, account number XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which was opened on XX/XX/XXXX with a reported balance of {$2200.00} and is listed as a charge off. This reporting is misleading because it is shown as both charged off and still owing a balance, which is contradictory. A charge off means the account is closed and written off, but the way Experian is reporting it makes it appear that I continue to owe the full amount. This dual reporting violates 607 ( b ) s requirement for accuracy and reflects a failure to reinvestigate under 611 because I previously raised this exact issue and it was not corrected. \n\nThe second account is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which was also opened on XX/XX/XXXX and shows a balance of {$2200.00} with a charge off status. This account suffers from the same problem of being reported as both charged off and still carrying a balance. This creates a misleading impression of my obligations and unfairly damages my credit. Under 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), furnishers are prohibited from reporting information they know to be inaccurate, and Experian is complicit in publishing that information without ensuring its accuracy. This is a clear violation of both the FCRAs accuracy and reinvestigation requirements. \n\nThe third account is XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which was opened on XX/XX/XXXX and reflects a {$0.00} balance but continues to show late payments. Reporting late payments on an account that is closed and fully satisfied is inaccurate and misleading, because it gives the false impression that I remain a credit risk for an obligation that no longer exists. The continued appearance of late payments violates 607 ( b ) and demonstrates Experians failure to conduct a meaningful reinvestigation under 611, as this matter was previously disputed and left unresolved. \n\nThe fourth account is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, which was opened on XX/XX/XXXX with a balance of {$0.00}, yet Experian continues to show late payments. This was a credit builder account that I fully completed and paid in full. Reporting it with late payments after closure is not only unfair but also contrary to the purpose of such products, which are designed to help consumers build positive credit history. Experian is required under 607 ( b ) to ensure maximum possible accuracy, and under 609 ( a ) I am entitled to review the underlying documents being used to support this reporting. Since Experian has not produced any verifiable proof from the furnisher showing these late payments are valid, continuing to publish this information is a violation of XXXX and grounds for deletion.\n\nAll of these accounts remain on my credit file even though they are either inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable. Experians failure to correct these items after my initial dispute demonstrates that no reasonable reinvestigation was conducted. This ongoing reporting is harming my financial opportunities and creating barriers to obtaining fair credit. If they did investigate properly they would see that XXXX XXXX XXXX has continued to say this account was verified in which it hasn't been and continue to have inaccuracies time after time. These are violations that the CFPB are not pointing out to TransUnion and by law this account should have been taken off my account with TransUnion by now. I intend on suing TransUnion for defamation of character by not properly investigating the matter 's in which I keep disputing with them on dealing with XXXX XXXX XXXX. After XXXX XXXX XXXX sees this report and changes are not made legal actions will be taken against them as well because this is not my account and they continue to report this account on my credit profile. I don't have anything on my credit profile besides a secure credit card which is here to help me build credit. By keeping this account showing on my credit report as a charge off has hindered me from obtaining credit with lenders because of the inaccurate information showing on my credit report which indeed is not mines. I have a list of inaccuracies that have not been updated within 2 months of disputing. Also XXXX XXXX XXXX can't Keep saying they updated my account properly and they have not done so. I will not be settling out of court at this point and I'm asking for punitive damages and financial compensation if XXXX XXXX XXXX doesn't take this off my credit report as well as TransUnion. I would like to paid for every inaccuracy that hasn't been updated since XX/XX/2022 If this account is not taken off my credit profile. \n\nIf my account is updated properly why was interest added on to a charged off account years after it was first charged off? \nI have proof showing the amount they say I owed before I disputed that account on XX/XX/2022 and also I have proof showing money added to to the balance after disputing with TransUnion. Interest can't be added to a charged off account if they didn't properly notify me in the contract in which I never signed because this is not my account. Also under the XXXX of lending XXXX they were to properly notify me of any balances on the account. Being that they didn't even have the correct address for me how would they even been able to notify me of any balances they say I owe. Furthermore that much interest isn't allowed under Georgia law after 2 months from XX/XX/2022 when I first disputed this account with TransUnion to the time it updated in XXXX of 2022. If XXXX XXXX XXXX claims it's not interest that was added to make the balance go up after 3 years then thats another violation for them not accurately reporting the correct info on my account with TransUnion after me disputing this balance time after time. So which one is it, did XXXX XXXX finance report inaccurate information to the credit bearueas month after month about my balance or they inaccurately charged me the wrong amount of interest from XXXX of 2022 to XX/XX/2022. If they've updated to my account correctly time after time with TransUnion then these inaccuracies would have been updated without me having to point them out. \n\n\nAnother violation is how they continue to report a charge off every month in my payment history. Once an account is closed and charged off, it shouldn't show up every month in my payment history as a charge off. The date of last activity should have been the last payment made on the account by me. I have proof of this inaccuracy but every month I dispute with TransUnion, XXXX XXXX XXXX is telling TransUnion they've updated my account properly. If TransUnion would have thoroughly investigated and realized XXXX XXXX XXXX is not accurately reporting this account on my credit report this account would have been removed by now because time after time it's reporting inaccurately to my credit report. This is a violation of my consumer rights. \n\n\n\nAnother violation is that XXXX XXXX XXXX is showing a address In which is different then the address in where I stayed at at the time they leased out that furniture. Ive spoken with several reps at XXXX XXXX XXXX also and when I ask the general question on do they allow customers to pick up furniture with their own trucks from their store when leasing items that are big as couches, their answer was no if it's being leased, they said they want to ensure the furniture to be delivered to the correct address. I have all of this documented as well. That tells me that the furniture was delivered to another address and I never received those items to begin with if I had an account with them. I've shown them proof of this address and they continue to allow XXXX XXXX XXXX report this account on my credit profile after all these violations and after all the times I've been disputing since XX/XX/2022. If they did investigate properly they would see that American First Finance has continued to say this account was verified in which it hasn't been and continue to have inaccuracies time after time. These are violations that the CFPB are not pointing out to XXXX and by law this account should have been taken off my account with XXXX by now. I intend on suing XXXX for defamation of character by not properly investigating the matter 's in which I keep disputing with them on dealing with American First Finance. After American First Finance sees this report and changes are not made legal actions will be taken against them as well because this is not my account and they continue to report this account on my credit profile. Also American First Finance can't Keep saying they updated my account properly and they have not done so. I will not be settling out of court at this point and I'm asking for punitive damages and financial compensation if American First Finance doesn't take this off my credit report as well as XXXX. I would like to paid for every inaccuracy that hasn't been updated since XX/XX/2022 If this account is not taken off my credit profile. \n\nIf my account is updated properly why was interest added on to a charged off account years after it was first charged off? \nI have proof showing the amount they say I owed before I disputed that account on XX/XX/2022 and also I have proof showing money added to to the balance after disputing with XXXX. Interest can't be added to a charged off account if they didn't properly notify me in the contract in which I never signed because this is not my account. Also under the Truth of lending Act they were to properly notify me of any balances on the account. Being that they didn't even have the correct address for me how would they even been able to notify me of any balances they say I owe. Furthermore that much interest isn't allowed under Georgia law after 2 months from XX/XX/2022 when I first disputed this account with XXXX to the time it updated in XXXX of XXXX. If American First Finance claims it's not interest that was added to make the balance go up after 3 years then thats another violation for them not accurately reporting the correct info on my account with XXXX after me disputing this balance time after time. So which one is it, did American First finance report inaccurate information to the credit bearueas month after month about my balance or they inaccurately charged me the wrong amount of interest from XXXX of XXXX to XX/XX/2022. If they've updated to my account correctly time after time with XXXX then these inaccuracies would have been updated without me having to point them out. \n\n\nAnother violation is how they continue to report a charge off every month in my payment history. Once an account is closed and charged off, it shouldn't show up every month in my payment history as a charge off. The date of last activity should have been the last payment made on the account by me. I have proof of this inaccuracy but every month I dispute with XXXX, American First Finance is telling XXXX they've updated my account properly. If XXXX would have thoroughly investigated and realized American First Finance is not accurately reporting this account on my credit report this account would have been removed by now because time after time it's reporting inaccurately to my credit report. This is a violation of my consumer rights. \n\n\n\nAnother violation is that American First Finance is showing a address In which is different then the address in where I stayed at at the time they leased out that furniture. Ive spoken with several reps at American First Finance also and when I ask the general question on do they allow customers to pick up furniture with their own trucks from their store when leasing items that are big as couches, their answer was no if it's being leased, they said they want to ensure the furniture to be delivered to the correct address. Instead of doing a proper investigation, Experian removed the trade line. I spoke with XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, and because it is a card that helps build credit, they verified that, indeed, they do report to all three credit reporting agencies. XXXX XXXX was unaware that this card was removed from my Experian credit file. This card is showing on my XXXX and XXXX credit reports. \nWhen I spoke with Experian, they informed me that XXXX XXXX sent them the information that stated that this trade line needs to be removed, and after speaking with XXXX XXXX, that is an inaccurate and untrue statement. I have called Experian several times to try to get this resolved. The phone representatives are rude. They talk over me, and I experience longer than usual dead silence on the line; I am Not sure if I was hung up on or if I'm being transferred to a supervisor.I asked to speak with supervisors, and unfortunately, I never got one. Experian is manually manipulating my credit file on their own terms for no reason, despite the accurate information my credit card companies are sending them. This is not my first complaint. This is the most current of a series of complaints against Experian regarding my credit file. Experian has done this on another XXXX of my trade lines. I disputed the XXXX XXXX credit card trade line because the date it was opened was incorrect. Instead of Experian investigating the information, they just removed that trade line without verifying the information provided. This time, all the information was correct when that credit file was added for the XXXX XXXX credit card. However, my credit score did not reflect any of that information, and Experian told me that I'm an authorized user ; because of that, none of that information will be reflecting my credit file, not the utilization, not the credit history, not the available balance, none of that data is reflected on my credit file. The XXXX XXXX card is on my credit report, but none of the reported data is reflected on my credit file ; in fact, Experian lowered my credit score the day that card was added to my credit file. When I called them about the XXXX XXXX credit card, to my surprise, I was told they would add it back to my credit file within 24 hours, which makes no sense. It should not have been removed in the first place, and they added it back without investigation, and that's because they said it would be done within 24 hours, doing a proper so I know a proper investigation was not completed. The following accounts and inquiries are being reported inaccurately, in duplicate, or without proper validation. I dispute each account in full. These items have caused me significant financial harm, credit denials, housing issues, employment impacts, and severe emotional distress. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Wrong Address I have no connection to this address. A potential landlord refused to approve my rental application because this address showed up, making it seem like I had an unstable living history. This caused me embarrassment in front of my family, who witnessed me being denied housing. Under FCRA 609 and 611, I have the right to dispute and receive proof, but no verification was provided. This has had a serious negative effect on my life. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This charge off was reported without validation. I was never shown a signed contract or itemized breakdown of how this balance was calculated. Because of this account, my credit score dropped significantly, and I was denied a personal loan I needed to cover medical expenses. This caused me to delay treatment, which increased my stress and health struggles. FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) and FDCPA 809 require accurate reporting and validation, which were ignored. \nXXXX Acct : XXXX High Balance : {$1100.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This account is reported as a charge off even though I dispute its accuracy. I was never properly notified or given validation. Because of this negative account, I was rejected for a small business loan that I had applied for to expand my income. The denial caused financial strain on my household, forcing me to borrow from friends and family, which damaged my personal relationships. Under FCRA 602 ( a ), inaccurate reporting destroys trust in the credit system, and that is exactly what happened to me. \nXXXX Acct : XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX High Balance : {$390.00} Charge Off This small account continues to cause large damage. Even though it is reported as a charge off, no proof or validation has been provided. Because of this, my score was lowered, which led to me paying a much higher interest rate on my auto loan than I should have. Over the life of the loan, this costs me thousands of extra dollars. FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) requires deletion of unverifiable accounts, but the bureaus have failed to act. \nXXXX Acct XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$1300.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This account is reported inaccurately. No original agreement has been shown, and no validation provided. Because of this false reporting, I lost a job opportunity after the employers background check flagged this account. I felt ashamed and defeated because this error cost me a chance at better employment. FDCPA 807 ( 8 ) prohibits furnishers from providing false or misleading information, yet this continues to happen. \nXXXX Acct : XXXX High Balance : {$1300.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This charge off has never been validated. The reporting is misleading and harmful. I was denied a credit card application because of this account, which limited my ability to build positive credit history. I also had to rely on payday loans at extremely high interest rates, which pushed me deeper into financial stress. FCRA 609 ( c ) ( 1 ) ( E ) guarantees the right to documentation, but I never received it. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$420.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This account is reported as a charge off, but I never received any proper validation or itemized accounting of this debt. Under FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), furnishers must report accurately, and under FDCPA 809, I have a right to debt validation. Because of this charge off, I was denied a store credit card when I applied to build positive history. This denial was humiliating and limited my financial growth. It also forced me to use cash advances from other accounts, which increased my debt burden and stress. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$510.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This account is disputed in full. No proof of ownership or signed agreement was ever provided. The balance is small, yet it has had a devastating effect on my credit profile. Because of this charge off, I was denied financing for necessary home repairs, which left me in unsafe living conditions longer than necessary. Under FCRA 609 and 611, I am entitled to verification, and without it, this item must be deleted. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$3100.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This account is reported as a charge off without proper documentation. I dispute it completely. Because of this account, my score dropped, and I was denied a rental application. The landlord viewed me as high risk because of this charge off, and I was left scrambling to find housing. This created stress for me and my family. Under FDCPA 807 ( 8 ), furnishers are prohibited from reporting false credit information, yet this violation continues. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$0.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off It is unreasonable and inaccurate to report a charge off with a high balance of {$0.00}. This makes no logical sense and proves the reporting is unreliable. Because of this misleading account, I was denied a credit limit increase that I needed for emergency expenses. This denial trapped me in financial hardship, forcing me to borrow money from friends and family and causing embarrassment. Under FCRA 607 ( b ), the bureaus must maintain maximum accuracy, and this reporting is clearly inaccurate. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$3300.00} Date Opened : XXXX Charge Off This account is inaccurately reported and has never been properly validated. Because of this charge off, I was denied a business loan that I had applied for to expand my income opportunities. This not only hurt me financially but also prevented me from improving my familys living conditions. The ongoing damage has caused stress, sleepless nights, and humiliation. FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) requires accuracy, and FDCPA 807 prohibits misrepresentation. This item must be deleted immediately. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$3000.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This account is disputed in full. The reported balance and charge off status have never been validated. Because of this negative account, my auto loan application was rejected, forcing me to continue driving an unreliable vehicle. This caused ongoing stress and safety concerns for my family. The furnisher is in violation of FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), which requires accurate reporting. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$3000.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This appears to be a duplicate entry of the previous account, which is misleading and damaging. Duplicate reporting inflates negative information and severely impacts my credit score. Because of this duplication, I was denied housing and had to settle for a less desirable rental, which was humiliating and stressful. FCRA 607 ( b ) requires maximum possible accuracy, and duplicate reporting violates that standard. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$440.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This account is reported inaccurately. I never received full proof or itemized validation. The balance is small, but the impact is large. Because of this charge off, I was denied a personal loan that I needed to cover emergency expenses. I was forced to borrow from family, which caused strain and embarrassment. Under FDCPA 807, misrepresentation is prohibited, and under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 5 ), unverifiable items must be removed. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$31000.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Late Payment This account is reporting late payments, which I dispute. No proper records or validation were provided to me. Because of this reporting, my mortgage pre-approval was delayed, and I lost out on a home that I wanted to purchase for my family. The emotional toll of this denial was devastating. Under FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ), furnishers must report accurately, and unverifiable late payments can not remain. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$1500.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This charge off has never been validated. Because of this account, I was denied a consolidation loan that could have helped me manage my debts responsibly. Instead, I was forced to juggle multiple high-interest payments, causing extreme financial stress. This inaccurate reporting has kept me trapped in debt. FCRA 609 ( c ) ( 1 ) ( E ) guarantees my right to documentation, which has not been provided. \nXXXX Acct : XXXX High Balance : {$38000.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Late Payment This account is reported with late payments, which I dispute. I was never provided complete proof or a proper history of these alleged late payments. Because of this reporting, my insurance company raised my premium after reviewing my credit, costing me significantly more money each month. This is unfair and harmful. Under FCRA 611 and 607 ( b ), inaccurate reporting must be corrected or deleted. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$500.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Late Payment This account shows late payments that I dispute entirely. No full documentation was provided to me. Because of this, I was denied a small student loan that I needed to complete a training course for better employment. Losing this opportunity has held me back professionally and financially. The furnisher is in violation of FCRA 623 and FDCPA 807 for reporting unverifiable information. \nXXXX Acct : XXXX High Balance : {$2500.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This account is disputed in its entirety. No validation or itemized accounting has been provided to me. Because of this charge off, I was denied financing for furniture and basic household needs, which forced me to delay necessary purchases for my home. FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) requires accuracy in reporting, and FDCPA 809 requires proper validation, which I never received. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$340.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Late Payment This account is reported with late payments that I dispute. No proper payment history or documentation has been given to me. Because of this negative reporting, I was denied a small personal loan for emergency expenses. The denial forced me to postpone urgent costs and borrow from family, which caused stress and humiliation. Under FDCPA 807, misrepresentation is unlawful, and FCRA 611 requires deletion of unverifiable late payments. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$390.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Collection This account is inaccurately reported. I never received documentation or validation. Because of this collection, I was denied a rental property I applied for, which forced my family to live in less suitable housing. This caused emotional and logistical stress, particularly for my children. FCRA 607 ( b ) and 611 ( a ) mandate accurate reporting, which was not followed. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$940.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Collection This collection account is disputed in its entirety. No verification has been provided. Because of this negative item, I was denied a small business loan, limiting my ability to expand income opportunities. I never received proof of ownership or proper validation. Due to this item, I was forced to pay higher interest on existing loans, which caused additional financial hardship and stress for my family. FCRA 609 and FDCPA 809 require verification before reporting, which was not provided. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$460.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Collection This account is disputed in full. No supporting documents were given. Because of this negative entry, I was denied a credit card increase that would have helped manage urgent expenses. I had to borrow from friends and family, causing emotional strain and embarrassment. Under FCRA 607 ( b ), maximum accuracy is required, yet this item is unverifiable. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$390.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Collection This appears to be a duplicate of a previous account, which is misleading and damaging. Duplicate reporting inflates negative information and unfairly lowers my credit score. Because of this duplicate, I was denied a small personal loan for emergency medical expenses, which created severe stress and hardship. FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) requires deletion of unverifiable or duplicate items. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$360.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Collection This account is reported without proper validation. I dispute it completely. Because of this collection, my mortgage pre-approval was delayed, costing me a housing opportunity. The emotional and financial impact was significant, affecting my familys security.
