I informed the representative that I was not interested in their services and asked them to stop sending me any further text or phone calls regarding the same. \n\nThereafter, on or about XX/XX/2019, I received an email from Experian soliciting their services again. I unsubscribed to their emails as directed by the terms in the body of the email. Thereafter, on or about XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, I again received unwanted solicitations from them via email. Additionally, I received various phone calls from representatives requesting personal information. \n\nNotwithstanding the foregoing, I again, after various requests to stop contacting me via email or telephone, received another email requesting me to use their services. \n\nIn light of the foregoing, and despite my repeated requests, it is clear that Eperian.com is blatantly harassing me and inundating me with emails and phone call which has affected my work, by having my phone ring during work hours to try and as well as cause undue stress of trying to obtain my personal information. \n\nThe only course necessary to have them stop this telemarketing charade is to initiate legal action against the company. Once you unsubscribe to them, several other companies call and send email to try and offer assistance in repairing my credit. We finally received a down payment check from our mortgage company to begin repairs ( they have been holding the funds from the insurance company ). Anyway, recently, we opened a personal checking account so we could deposit these checks. I then, recently, added that personal account to my XXXX XXXX Capital One credit card and made a couple of large payments so we could make purchases. We did this to get the special promotions only offered with the card. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX we made purchases at XXXX with that card and throughout that week various other places. We had plans to purchase more items until our card didn't work and we were told capital one garnished over {$600.00} for an old account. Also - we were charged a {$10.00} fee for the garnishment from our bank. AND This WAS NOT OUR PERSONAL MONEY! It was insurance money that was paid to our mortgage company to repair our home, then to us!!! Also, we are in the beginning conversations with a bankruptcy attorney about all of this, but hadn't had a chance to meet and follow through yet due to finances. As of this date, all of those same items that I reported day one is still on all of my credit reports although I was told that the items would be removed from my credit reports. Recently when I talked to them, they didn't want to discuss the items still being on my credit reports but the NEW items that had be updated or removed.
