On June 9, 2022, the Bureau provided flyers on the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) programs that mortgage servicers may voluntarily provide to their borrowers. The flyers are provided in English as well as six other languages.

On August 4, 2021, the Bureau updated the Mortgage Servicing Small Entity Compliance Guide to include guidance on the 2021 Mortgage Servicing COVID-19 Final Rule and the 2020 Mortgage Servicing COVID-19 Interim Final Rule.

On July 2, 2021, the Bureau published a Spanish translation of the Early Intervention Written Notice Model Clauses.
