Responsibilities

As a Training Specialist (Compliance), you will:

  • Serve as a training specialist and a subject matter expert in consumer financial regulation compliance for the design, development and delivery of SL&D training courses and programs.
  • Provide authoritative advice and consultation on consumer financial regulations compliance; examination policies and procedures; and examiner knowledge and skills necessary to conduct compliance examinations for purposes of the design, development and delivery of training.
  • Identify Supervision Examinations training needs and collaborate with Headquarters and Regional staff to determine learning objectives, target audience, course content and presentation methodology.
