Summary

This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, OFFICE OF INNOVATION. The incumbent will be responsible for providing program management support for the internal and external implementation of the 1071 rule.

Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Operationalization Program Manager, you will:

  • Implement and maintain program governance documents and a governance structure for the ongoing management of the program plan including identification and proactive management of risks to program success as well as shepherding issues toward efficient resolution.
  • Work with internal stakeholders identifying options and key questions related to use of technologies, standards, and tools, etc., to raise to the governance committee with significant impact to program goals and/or resources. Assist stakeholders in developing business cases and value propositions for project decisions.
  • Provide support and oversight for the portfolio of 1071 projects in coordination with the implementing business unit using project management practices, tools, and techniques to manage and control projects.

Travel Required

  • 25% or less - 1-5 nights per month.
