Summary
This position is located in the Division of Supervision, Enforcement, and Fair Lending; Office of Supervision. The Operations Analyst is responsible for assessing selected Regional Office programs, processes and systems, and for recommending process improvements.

Responsibilities
The following are the duties of this position at the full performance level (CN-52, broadly equivalent to the GS-12). You will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
- Under the guidance of the Regional Administrative Officer (RAO), ensures all operational and administrative functions adequately serve the needs of Regional staff. Develops, monitors, and assesses administrative policy, operations, reporting requirements, and procedures. Coordinates integration and synchronization of staff actions, tasks, events and other activities with Regional teams and Bureau-level Offices, as assigned.
- Assesses select Regional Office administrative programs, processes and systems, identifying potential improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of efficiency and quality improvement projects. Principle responsibilities also include support of the following areas within the Regional Office: (1) in coordination with the RAO, all operations-related functions performed at the program level including human capital (e.g., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, training), budgeting and financial reporting, contract administration and procurement, facilities management, information technology, and all other support services; and (2) program administrative support for the Regional Office
- Reviews past work histories and known future requirements and determines future resource requirements of the organization, estimating short- and long-range personnel, budgetary, space, and or equipment needs. Recommends staffing assignments based on workloads and fiscal limitations.
