THIS IS A VOLUNTARY REASSIGNMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR CURRENT CFPB EMPLOYEES WITH COMPETITIVE STATUS (AND CURRENT CFPB EMPLOYEES SERVING ON A VRA APPOINTMENT) WHO ARE PERMANENTLY ASSIGNED TO A POSITION AT THE CN-53, OR, HIGHER PAY BAND WITH COMPETITIVE STATUS WHO ARE WILLING TO TAKE A VOLUNTARY CHANGE TO LOWER PAY. NO RELOCATION REIMBURSEMENT IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
As a Financial Education and Impact Specialist, you will:
- In conjunction with program staff, develop an impact plan with goal of increasing the financial capability and improving outcomes for a greater number of consumers. Includes plan specific and targeted anticipated results and timelines designed to scale financial education programs.
- In conjunction with program staff, develop, track and report program activity for FinEd programs.
- Develop, maintain, and use various databases to track and maintain stakeholder relationships and information about other related programs for the purpose of identifying new and leveraging existing relationships and programs to increase reach and impact.
- Research and support collaborative efforts to develop results-based outcomes and tracking mechanisms to track and assess success of scaled programs. Work with program leads to identify and articulate anticipated program results; develop systems to track progress, input feedback from the field; and identify challenges and obstacles to progress toward scaling goals of FinEd programs.
